Looks and features:

Upfront the Grazia has a shape that looks sharp like the Honda Dio, the headlamps are long and project like the shapes of two love swans. The Grazia also gets LED DRL's integrated to the headlamps itself. Coming to the side, it looks just like the Dio again, slim and trim. The rear gets split grab rails like the horns of a bull. The tail lamp is also pretty huge and resembles the Dio. I often feel that this is a 125cc upgraded version of the Dio.

The rear gets a full grab rail starting from one end to the other. The taillights are similar on both scooters. The Grazia gets an all digital modern instrument panel where as the Activa still gets the old analogue speedometer with a digital trip meter. The Grazia also gets an optional USB charging port on dashboard. The Grazia also gets a four in one lock and it comes in 6 metallic paint options.
Engine and specifications:

Detailed comparative Technical specifications of Honda Grazia Vs Honda Activa 125
Both the scooters get 5.3L fuel tank, sufficient enough for city rides. The front gets a telescopic suspension and the rest gets a spring loaded hydraulic type suspension. Both the scooters get drum brakes in the front and rear and disc brakes for the front alone as an option. Both of the scooters get CBS as a standard feature. The Grazia weighs 104kgs and the Activa 125 weighs 110kgs making Activa a little more heavier.
Out of both, if I were to buy a scooter now I would prefer the Grazia since it looks more young and appealing, but if it is the same me after 10 years, I would prefer the Activa since I would possibly have a family by then.
