In terms of performance, it is the Ntorq which has the upper hand. With 9.4 HP and 10.5 Nm of torque, it easily beats Destini which makes 8.8 HP and 10.2 Nm of torque. However, Hero Destini wins in terms of efficiency because of i3S technology, which is implemented for the first time on a scooter.
Design:

Chassis and brakes:

The wheels on TVS Ntorq are 12-inch alloys while Destini comes with an option of sheet metal or cast alloy wheel. In terms of braking, Ntorq comes out at the top with a disc and drum combination as opposed to the dual drum brake setup.

Electrical:
With an all-digital console, TVS Ntorq clearly offers more features. Hero Destini incorporates a part-digital and part-analogue cluster which displays basic information along with a service reminder but it is only available in the top variant.
Other features and price:

Hero Destini comes in two variants Lx and Vx whose ex-showroom cost is Rs. 54,650/- and Rs. 57,500/- respectively. While Ntorq comes with an ex-showroom price of Rs. 59,712/-.
