The all-new Suzuki V-Strom SX is powered by a 250cc, single cylinder engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS). The company hasn’t revealed the performance figures of the new ADV but the figures are likely to be the same as its 250cc Gixxer siblings- 26.1 bhp of power output and 22.2Nm of torque. The oil-cooled engine comes mated to a six-speed gearbox transmission.
The new V-Strom SX also comes featured with all bells n whistles carry forwarded from the 250cc Gixxer series. As far as a design element is concerned; the new bike has taken inspiration from the bigger 650cc and 1,050cc V-Strom motorcycles. The beak of the motorcycle with a high raised windscreen, beefy fuel tank, and protruded tail section make the bike visually dominating. Surprisingly, the headlamp of the new V-strom SX has been taken from the ongoing naked Gixxer 250.
The V-Strom SX has been priced at Rs 2,11,600 (Ex-showroom), it will be available in three color options black, orange, and yellow. The new ADV from the house of Suzuki Motorcycle India will compete against the likes of KTM 250 Adventure.
