Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL), a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has announced the next generation of Access 125 scooters. As per the Official Press Release received from Suzuki by us they have updated their till now flagship scooter- Access 125 with features it has never before. The new updated Access 125 has the same 125cc Power terrain with XTP (Xtra Torque Performance) technology for more power and extra pickup.
As far as the style quotient of Access 125 is concerned Suzuki has altered the front fibre fender with the sleek yet durable "Steel Fender". This single change in the Access is sufficient to transform the look of the scooter at least from the front fascia. The Bulky front fibre fender was neither good looking nor durable and were prone to damage easily while dashing in bumper to bumper traffic. The new updated Suzuki Access 125 is now equipped with "Tubeless Tyres" which has become a necessity for all 2- wheelers rather than a luxury. Now the Next Generation Access 125 also comes with "Maintenance Free Battery" and new "Aluminum Grab Bar".
On the aesthetics front apart from the new face-lift, Suzuki Access 125 sports 3D "Access" emblem and 3D Suzuki Logo. The new Access 125 also comes in a new "Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey" color. Apart from these changes Access 125 is now also available in a "Special Edition" with an inner Leg Shield and Speedometer cover which is color coordinated with the seat color which gives the scooter a youthful and stylish look. The Special Edition Access 125 is available in "Pearl Mirage White" color only.
The new Access 125 comes with a price tag of Rs.53,223 and the Special Edition variant of Access 125 at Rs 54,962. (All prices are On road-Delhi). It is to mention here that without disc brakes the new Access 125 is still cheaper than Honda Activa 125.
