Suzuki Motorcycles India is going to introduce a Max Scooter in India. The auto scooter will be from the ‘Burgman’ series of Suzuki and is named as ‘Burgman Street’. The new entrant from the house of Suzuki has been spied where the name of the scooter is quite clear. From the pictures apart from the name the rear portion of the scooter can be seen.
Suzuki has Burgman Max scooters ranging from 125-650cc in the international market. The spied Burgman Street is expected to be either 125 or 150cc scooter. The scooter is indigenously designed and developed in India by Suzuki India. The Suzuki Burgman is expected to be showcased at the upcoming Auto Expo 2018 and shall lock horns with the likes of Aprilia SR150 and Vespa 150.
The Suzuki Burgman Street will either be based on the existing platform of Suzuki Access 125 or Suzuki might have plonked a brand new 150cc engine to the newcomer. The Burgman Street will be the second Max scooter ever launched in India after Kinetic Blaze, however, many manufacturers including Honda and Hero MotoCorp are also going to introduce their offerings in the desirable Max Scooter market in India.
