Suzuki has done really well with the Gixxer. Except for some plastic quality niggles, there’s nothing else that don’t make you feel that you are riding a bike from a higher segment. Suzuki has a engine, which is a gem in its category. So overall, Gixxer is the thing you need to go for if you want a naked 150cc with amazing city ridability. Followed by the success of Gixxer Suzuki is all set to launch a semi faired version of Gixxer.
BikesIndia has got the confirmation from reliable internal source belongs to Suzuki India, that the product is not only already under manufacturing process but some units are also manufactured and are kept at the manufacturing facility in the stock. Though Suzuki has not revealed the official information yet, but now it is confirmed that the faired sibling of Gixxer is on its way to market.
Gixxer being a successful product from Suzuki badly requires better wind deflection which is the problem that exists with Gixxer as a naked roadster bike, windblast is something that every naked bike come across. Though the small deflector over the headlight of Gixxer does its job a bit, but still we’ll need a bigger fairing at front to get ourselves away from that crackling wind turbulence hitting the helmets.
So, what Suzuki India has done, is taken the inspiration from the GSXS-1000-F for the front fairing for a Yamaha Fazer rivaling product from their stable.
