The promotional video shows the journey of the H2R from when it was first showcased till now. In the video, you can see that the bike is almost completely painted in black, the "Mirror Coated Spark Black" paint. The paint on the bike resembles a starry sky. Few things to note is that the carbon-fibre finish with it's trademark Kawasaki Green painted on the frame is now replaced with the "Mirror Coated Spark Black" paint scheme. Mechanicals though, however, remain the same for the 2016 model.

We expect the pricing of the 2016 model to be a tad higher than the present one. Kawasaki might choose the same route to market the Ninja H2 i.e., selling it to selected riders. We expect Kawasaki to showcase the 2016 Kawasaki Ninja H2 at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show as well as the 2015 EICMA show. The bike may be launched in India after showcasing over there.
