The sporty new Honda SP160 carries design elements from its sibling SP125, it continues with both practical and sporty approach. Along with sharp bodywork and an extended fuel tank, the bike looks really aggressive yet sporty option from the house of Honda Motorcycles in the commuter segment.
It appears that Honda has slapped the existing 160cc Unicorn engine to the new offering. The bike is powered by the same 162.71cc single-cylinder motor that develops exactly the same 13.2bhp and 14.59Nm power and torque values respectively. The motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Honda is offering the new SP160 in multiple color palettes including two-tone options. The bike comes in two variants- the single-disc variant is priced at INR 1,17,500/- and the double-disc variant costs INR 1,21,900/- (Ex-showroom, Delhi). The Honda SP160 will lock its horns with the likes of Bajaj Pulsar 150, Yamaha FZ-S and TVS Apache RTR 160 etc.
