Harley Davidson has launched their updated 2018 Softail range of motorcycles in India. The Milwaukee based American legendary motorcycle manufacturer has introduced four updated models from their Softail range of motorbikes. These bikes are Fat Boy, Fat Bob, Heritage Classic and Street Bob.The latest range of Softail motorcycles are featured with brand new Harley Davidson Milwaukee-Eight 107 V-Twin engines. The new heart along with better chassis and suspension setup brings down the overall weight of the entire new Softail lineup.
Speaking on the launch occasion, Peter MacKenzie, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson India and China said,
Our new offerings strongly demonstrate Harley-Davidson’s focus on reinventing products for motorcycle enthusiasts and aspiring riders. The 2018 Softail custom motorcycles have been inspired by Harley-Davidson’s history, authenticity, and styling DNA through a modern lens. The response to the first look has been very positive and we are confident that the motorcycles will further enhance the sport of leisure motorcycling in India.
The price range of new 2018 Harley Davidson Softail lineup lies between Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 18.99 lakh. The HD Street Bob is priced at lowest and costs Rs 11.99 lakh, while the Fat Boy, at Rs 18.99 lakh, is the most expensive. The Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic is launched at an Ex-showroom price of Rs 17.49 lakh, whereas the Fat Bob is priced at Rs 13.49 lakh. (All prices are EX-Showroom, Delhi).
