Benelli India has unveiled the updated entry level full-faired motorcycle- 302R. The new Benelli 302R has received some major changes in terms of style and design. The updated Benelli 302R is now featured with revised front fascia. The bike is now equipped with vertically aligned projection headlamp wrapped with LED turn lights. The body panel design is also revamped and it flows smoothly throughout the bike. The frame of the new Benelli 302R is also revised and now it is much lighter than the predecessor. The lightweight frame of the bike helps to shred its overall weight by whopping 22kg. The new Benelli 302R comes equipped with same 302cc parallel twin cylinder engine producing 34 bhp of power output. The engine of the new bikes meets Euro 5 emission norms hence it also complies our BS6 standards. Although the engine is now extracting lesser power but the lightweight frame of the bike will compensate this shortcoming and make the bike a fun to ride machine.
We can expect Benelli India to launch this bike in India very soon. As Benelli did with its TRK502 it is expected to be launched at a very aggressive price tag. When launched the new Benelli 302R will lock its horns with the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300.
