Kawasaki is all set to launch the Versys 650 (the younger sibling of the Versys 1000) here in India on 24th December 2015 i.e. tomorrow. Sharing the engine of the Kawasaki Ninja 650, the Versys 650 engine is tuned for a better low and mid-range torque delivery. The Versys 650 is more of a adventure sports touring motorcycle. The Versys 650 is renowned all over the world for it's versatility, easy handling and a good performance, in fact the name itself "Versys" is derived from the words "versatile" and "system".
The Bikerhood Meet- Ride For Heroes all India tour concluded the last stop of its pan India tour in Pune on Sunday, 29th November, 2015. With this leg, the tour finally came to an end with the bikers and their groups pledging their support for the needy. The efforts taken by Bikerhood needs to be lauded and highly appreciated.
Honda has teased the new versions of their upcoming 400X and NC750X tourers ahead of the Tokyo Motor Show which shows that the bikes will be receiving both mechanical as well as cosmetic upgrades.
Emotions ran high as Geet Singh Bindra, the man that had sold his brand new KTM Duke 390 in order to raise funds for victims of the Nepal earthquake, was applauded for his efforts. A true biker by heart, soul and spirit, Geet had not only sold his precious motorcycle and his iPhone 6, but had also traveled to the earthquake sites and personally aided those in need.
The Bikerhood Meet in Delhi was a great success. Numbers were fewer than that of the Mumbai Meet, but the Bikerhood team was thrilled to have members of different biking groups in the North supporting their initiative. Indian Motorcycles had a big presence at the event, along with KTM and Royal Enfield groups as well. This event was held at The Pavilion in the upscale DLF Emporio mall, located in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi.
