KTM has launched its much awaited sportbikes RC390 and RC200 at a launch event organised in Pune. Both the bikes are based on existing Duke platform, the RC390 is equipped with 373.2cc single cylinder 4- stroke engine capable of producing estimated 44.6 PS power and the RC200 is featured with 200cc single cylinder 4- stroke engine churning out 25 Ps of raw power.
KTM is about to launch its much touted sportbikes the RC390 and RC200 on 9th of this month, before the actual launch KTM has served the official video of RC390 in action as appetizer. Ever since KTM has displayed the RC series bikes based on Duke platform in an Auto show last year the hype was created across the World for the bikes and it has created more excitement amongst the bike lovers in India.
Recently there was a rumor rampant on many global automobile websites regarding KTM's plan to launch its Adventure model based on Duke 390 platform. BikesIndia did not publish any such reports since it was all speculations based on no concrete evidence. Now we have confirm News about the same, as per our global source "Advpulse" KTM have denied any such development.
There have been many sets of pictures of RC 390 doing round on net, spotted while testing. The latest seen RC model was the 200 with a tyre hugger at the rear, which resembles to the production model. So now KTM is just set to launch one of its motorcycle from its stable which would either be RC 200 or the RC 390 in August.
