Engine & Transmission:The Ace Deluxe is powered by a single cylinder OHV (Overhead valve) air cooled engine. It is a 229 cc engine with CDI electronic ignition and a compression ratio of 9.2:1. The bore and stroke are 67 and 65 mm respectively, meaning it almost has a square engine design. The motor used here was also used in the Honda CMX 250 (earlier model of Honda Rebel), they were quite bulletproof and are still being used in several custom cafe' project bikes. The engine of Ace Deluxe is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Air-cooled engine produces 15.4 HP at 7000 RPM and 16.0 Nm of torque @6000 RPM. The power figures are low for a 220 cc engine.
Chassis and Brakes:
The bike uses a high carbon steel backbone chassis which uses the engine as a stressed member. The front suspension of the Ace Deluxe comprises of Inverted telescopic forks while the rear suspension utilizes dual shocks which are 5-step adjustable for pre-load. The bike utilizes 17-inch wheels at both ends, which have an aluminum rim despite being spoked. It allows the Ace Deluxe to maintain a retro look while employing tubeless tyres in its wheels. The front rubber is a 110/70 mm one and the rear is a 130/70 mm tyre. The brakes used at the front end is a 298 mm disc with a dual piston caliper, while the rear wheel has a 210 mm disc with a single piston caliper.

The CCW Ace Deluxe has a 14-litre fuel tank and a 150 mm of ground clearance. The bike has a low seat height of 760 mm and an ultra lightweight of 133 kg (kerb). The wheelbase of the bike is at 1350 mm which is more than enough for a city scrambler. While the length, the width and the height are 2120, 830, and 1100 mm respectively. Electrical:
The bike is expected to go on the road with an ABS because of the mandatory government law, however, no such information is given by the company. The headlight and the tail light utilize a halogen bulb and the instrument cluster is made up of dual round speedometer and tachometer, the odometer is digital.
