The motor used here was also used in the Honda CMX 250 (earlier model of Honda Rebel), they were quite bulletproof and are still being used in several custom cafe' project bikes. Chassis and Brakes:

The bike utilizes 17-inch wheels at both ends, which have an aluminum rim despite being spoked. It allows the Ace Deluxe to maintain a retro look while employing tubeless tyres in its wheels. The front rubber is a 110/70 mm one and the rear is a 130/70 mm tyre. The brakes used at the front end is a 298 mm disc with a dual piston caliper, while the rear wheel has a 210 mm disc with a single piston caliper.
