Considering the fact that change is the nature of life, Bajaj has also brought changes in its flagship motorcycle- Dominar 400. The company has introduced updated 2019 Dominar 400 in the market. The already value for money product from the house of Bajaj has now become more attractive.
The engineers at Bajaj Motorcycles has kept the core design element of the new Dominar 400 same as before. The changes however have brought down in both mechanical as well as electrical elements. The new 2019 Dominar 400 is now equipped with 373.3cc liquid cooled engine with DOHC configuration opposite to the older version which used to come with SOHC configuration. The benefit of introducing the Double Overhead Camshaft setup comes in form of improved performance. The engine now extracts 39.4 bhp of maximum power output at 8650rpm with 35 Nm of peak torque at 7000 rpm.
The updated Dominar 400 comes equipped with new informative instrument console. The new meter console is more user friendly and is more useful for the rider than before. The bike has split seat with bungee cord attachments beneath the rear seat. This feature will be helpful for long journeys where one can tie the luggage conveniently at the rear end of the bike.
The two more features at the new updated 2019 Dominar 400 are- the Upside Down front suspension which the company has borrowed from the KTM range of motorcycles. The front USD is coupled with radial caliper disc brakes, where the disc is now shifted to the other side of the wheel. The second prominent change in the bike comes in form of dual port exhaust. The Dual port Exhaust Can not only looks good but also sounds better and Bassy.
